Your data is securely stored on Hetzner servers, protected by industry-standard security measures. We retain data until you request its deletion. In the event of a data breach, we will notify relevant authorities and take appropriate measures, including password resets and consultation with cybersecurity experts to address the issue.

10. Children’s Privacy

Anihen is not designed for children under the age of 12. Users aged 12 and above may access the site; however, NSFW content is restricted by default and requires explicit user activation.

We adhere to GDPR regulations and apply these standards to all users, regardless of their geographical location.

3. Actions on Infringement

If a report is deemed valid, we will remove the infringing content. Multiple offenses may result in account termination. The user responsible for the content will be notified via email.
